 | How much advance notice do you need of my reservation?
If you're travelling to the airport with our sedan service, call us at least 2 days before you need our service. If you are reserving a stretch limousine, during the spring and summer months please reserve two to three weeks in advance. All other vehicles should be reserved two or three days prior to service date.

| | What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation on the stretch limousines is 72 hours prior to service date. For all other specialty vehicles cancellation is 3 hours prior to service time. For in-town sedan service, cancellation must be made no later than 1 hour prior to pick-up time.

| | Do you require advance payment?
All trips are reserved with a major credit card, a 50% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking for all weddings and graduations.

| | What is the maximum passenger capacity of your stretch limousines?
11 Passengers.

| | Do you provide child car seats for our trip?
No we don't. As an alternative you are welcome to use your own car seat for your trip. If you are going out of town and you do not wish to take the car seat along, we can store it at our office until the day of your return.

| | Will you decorate the vehicle we reserve for our wedding?
We will do a simple decorating job provided you supply the decorations before the day the car is needed.

| | What is your policy on allowing alcoholic beverages in the stretch limousines?
Wine or champagne is permitted. You must provide your own beverage. ALL passengers MUST be of legal drinking age.

| | You advertise flat-rate service. Is that for all your vehicles?
The flat-rates we advertise apply to trips to and from the Calgary Airport with the Lincoln sedans only. These rates are established by The Calgary Airport Authority.
